1. Agreement

The terms and conditions outlined herein constitute the agreement between you and Hungerford Airport Ride Pro. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unequivocally acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions as presented in this agreement.

2. Definitions

"Hungerford Airport Ride Pro," "we," or "us" refers to the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" pertain to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

3. Booking

3.1 You must allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in times. Hungerford Airport Ride Pro is not liable for delays resulting from your failure to allocate adequate travel time or readiness for pickup at the scheduled time.

3.2 It is your responsibility to request a vehicle of suitable size for passengers and luggage. Hungerford Airport Ride Pro does not guarantee the accommodation of excess luggage. Children, regardless of age, are considered individual passengers.

3.3 Wheelchair access requests should be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Prices & Payment

4.1 Quotations provided by Hungerford Airport Ride Pro are based on the information provided by you. Unless otherwise stated, all prices exclude VAT, and any applicable VAT charges will be additional. We reserve the right to modify quotes in the event of significant changes to the itinerary.

4.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and covers airport parking costs. Additional waiting time will be charged at the standard Hungerford Airport Ride Pro rate. While we endeavor to adjust our service for flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

4.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please review the confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Hungerford Airport Ride Pro of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

4.4 Payments for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

5. The Service

5.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impact caused by passengers.

5.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.

5.3 Children in the car must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

5.4 The number of passengers carried must comply with licensing and insurance regulations.

6. Cancellations

6.1 To cancel a booking with Hungerford Airport Ride Pro, notify us at the earliest opportunity. Charges will apply if cancellation occurs after the vehicle has been dispatched, based on the time and distance covered by the driver.

6.2 If you cancel a booking made through our online system before dispatch, a charge may be applied to the original payment.

7. Liability

7.1 While Hungerford Airport Ride Pro strives to ensure timely arrival, we are not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. Under no circumstances will we be liable for losses incurred by you or your business.

7.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.

7.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative car to facilitate the completion of your journey promptly.

7.4 You will not hold Hungerford Airport Ride Pro responsible for expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from any omission or act by anyone in your party.

7.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

8. Termination

8.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 Hungerford Airport Ride Pro may subcontract obligations as stated in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any obligations or rights under this agreement.

9.2 Hungerford Airport Ride Pro may amend terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Review these terms regularly for awareness of applicable changes. Existing bookings will be honored at rates in effect at the time of booking.

9.3 We handle information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

9.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Hungerford Airport Ride Pro and yourself.

9.5 Nothing in these terms and conditions intends to confer advantages or benefits to a third party. Third parties cannot enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.

10. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Hungerford Airport Ride Pro is not obligated to address claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
